Many individual party bag fillers come in an assortment of designs or colours where we select one at random and you may not receive the same item as illustrated in the picture. In order that a variety of colours and designs may be seen of one product, sometimes more than one item is shown. If the title of the product is in the singular, you will only receive one single item and only multiples if ordered in multiples. Almost everything is sold individually enabling the exact quantity required to be ordered.
None of our products are suitable for under 3 year olds unless stated. Baby and Toddler products can be found in the appropriate section of the website.
Trading Standards require that our pre-filled bags display our contact details and we do this by including a business card inside the bag.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Fabpartybags takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Making a Purchase & the Contract
To make a purchase you are required to complete our simple checkout process. You will be guided through the checkout and asked to input your data to complete the transaction. Upon placing your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email; this is to advise you that we have received your order request.
When your order is ready to despatch, we will send you a confirmation email. It is at this point that we accept your order and the contract is formed. We reserve the right to cancel an order should there be an issue with stock levels or payment details, or the identification of a pricing or product description error.
All purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a secure server. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All products shown on the website are in stock. The website will not allow you to order anything that is not in stock. If you find this an issue contact us as we may be able make a special order to our supplier on your behalf.
The prices displayed on this website include VAT at the current and appropriate rate. The standard rate of VAT is currently 20%. All payment is made in GBP (British Pound Sterling). Orders delivered to destinations outside the EEC are not subject to UK VAT and the item prices displayed on the website are reduced accordingly.
Delivery
Fabpartybags will deliver any goods ordered to the delivery address supplied when submitting an order. Subject to availability, orders will despatched for delivery within the stated time frame. The despatch of goods constitutes our duty of fulfilling the contract. Fabpartybags shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the delivery of goods being delayed or prevented or for any other reason beyond our control including the acts of any third parties.

Health & Safety
Toy Safety – All the toys and party bag fillers in our on-line catalogue comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and bear the CE mark and age guides where appropriate. We suggest that you may wish to retain any packaging for future reference. Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years.
- Chocolate Products – These products are manufactured by another company and bought in by Fabpartybags. There is no guarantee that they were not manufactured in a nut free environment and do not contain traces of nuts.
- Confectionery – Unless otherwise stated, the sweets in our on line catalogue are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended for all of our sweets when being consumed by a child.
WARNING: Lollipops and other sweets can present a potential choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
Small parts are a potential hazard. Please note that no items are suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of these items for the age of the children for whom you are purchasing.
