Postage & Packaging

1. Standard delivery to mainland Britain. £3.00

For orders weighing up to 2kg we use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5 working days. We send our parcels Monday to Saturday. We do not post on bank holidays. Please consider mailing times when placing an order (especially during busy holiday periods). Orders placed by 2pm will be sent out the same day.
Above 2kg we will advise you by email.

2. Signed for delivery to mainland Britain. From £4.95

As above but tracked through Royal Mail and requiring a signature on receipt.

3. Faster delivery to mainland Britain. £7.55

As option 1, but using Royal Mail first class delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2/3 days. Signed for delivery is available at an additional £1.00

4. Guaranteed next day. £12.00

Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm. This includes delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland and Northern Ireland. With all of these options be mindful that if you live in a remote area (e.g. the Highlands or Ireland) it may be prudent to allow at least one extra working day. We can source courier delivery if preferred and will quote you by email when requested.

5. Collection. Free

If it is more convenient you can arrange a local collection from us at 52 Grange Road, Southport, PR9 9AD. Orders placed before 2pm will be available for pick up the following day. Contact us for a mutually convenient time to collect your order. You can collect your order any day of the week up to 8pm. We may be able to drop off locally for the cost of petrol. Please contact us for a quote.

6. Anywhere else in the world?

We will quote you by return email. Initially you should pay for your order. When we have packed and weighed it we will then contact you with a postage quote and further instructions on how to pay for this. When you have paid for postage we will then ship the goods to you. If at this stage you do not wish to proceed with your purchase we will refund you. Note: Orders delivered to destinations outside the European Community are not subject to UK VAT and the item prices displayed on the website are reduced accordingly.
