Returns and refunds
We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange. We cannot refund for packaging and delivery costs. We regret refunds cannot be given for opened/part packs unless the product is defective. Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in excellent condition with labels attached and with the original packaging. Please note, however, that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.

Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us. Please include a note explaining the reason you are returning the products to us. We recommend that Royal Mail’s recorded delivery service is used in case of loss in transit. Once received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

If you select Standard Royal Mail delivery for delivery of your order the parcel cannot be tracked, however, we expect it to arrive within 5 working days. If the parcel has not arrived within 7 working days you should notify us of non-receipt. If you selected a trackable service and haven’t received your goods within 3 working days then then you should contact us immediately on 01704 501926 or

We will track the package and if proven to be lost we will send out a replacement. Be mindful that you are accepting responsibility for the safety of the package if you have asked for your order to be left in a safe place.

Damaged goods
All orders leave us in perfect condition but we cannot account for handling during transit. We therefore advise that you check for damage on receipt of your order. If for any reason you do not accept the order at point of delivery you should inform us ASAP that it will be getting returned to us and give us reasons why.

We try our very best to find the most cost effective and safe method of delivery for you and constantly review the effectiveness of our service provider. We welcome any feedback from you to help us monitor this.
